Questions people ask
- Do I have to pick which apps I want?
- No. Every paid plan includes all 15 apps. Higher tiers add storage, email options, devices and advanced features inside the apps you already use.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your files, mail and app data stay readable for 90 days so you can export or come back. We never hold your work hostage.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. Yearly plans are two months cheaper than paying monthly.
- Is there a free trial?
- Pro comes with a 14-day trial with no card required, once per account. The Free plan has no time limit.
- Which currencies and payment methods do you take?
- Prices are in US dollars. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Business plans on yearly billing can also pay by bank transfer. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Is there a refund?
- Your first payment is refundable in full within 30 days, no questions asked.
