Frequently Asked Questions
After purchasing a license key, you will receive it via email. Open the application, navigate to Help -> Activate License, and enter your license key in the activation field. Your license will be activated instantly.
Each license key is valid for a single device. If you need to use the product on multiple devices, you will need to purchase additional license keys.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you are experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased product, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.
